How can I reduce the chance of getting ringworm?
Wrestlers can minimize the chance of contracting or spreading ringworm to other wrestlers if they take a shower after each practice and after each tournament using an antibacterial soap.
What should I do treatments if ringworm is present? (treatments can be found at Walmart, Target, Rite Aid, etc.).

Wrestlers are not allowed back on the mats until a doctor or board member clears them. This is done for everyone's protection, and at tournaments, there will be a skin check done at weigh-ins. If any type of skin infection is found, the wrestler will not be allowed to participate.
